About Me!

Hello!! My name is Natalie Zambrano

I am a student at the University of Texas at Dallas studying Animation and Game Design! I previously attended Lone Star Community College to achieve my basic credits before transferring to the university.

I have slowly been making my way through the animation pipeline and found that I enjoy Lighting and Compositing out of all the fields of the pipeline. Lighting and Compositing is breathing life into the film. By having control over colors and contrasts, we as artists have control over how lighting can make the audience feel.

At my university I am involved with Women in Animation, and Animation Guild! I was also a student volunteer for SIGGRAPH 2025 in Vancouver where I had the opportunity to meet a profound number of inspiring artists and sit on talks that shed light on where our industry is heading. 

I love reading, writing, my dog teddy, and of course watching movies! I also am a huge fan of the ocean and sharks!!
